Dr. Mary Nakhla is an exquisite example of what doctors should be for Hackensack Meridian Health. She's an asset to your establishment and we are very happy to have found her, researched her and be able to see her as patients. We can't say enough about her and we've already recommended her to family members and friends who had the same exact reaction that we did to her. We just hope that she's very happy and she stays with Hackensack and she can continue to be our doctor. Thank you.

From when I walked in the door to when I left, the receptionist at the desk was excellent. The medical assistant was excellent. There was a very short time wait between after the medical assistant and the doctor came in. The doctor is just phenomenal. She is just so wonderful. I can't even begin to tell you. I am very blessed to have such a great, great provider on my side.

Dr Nakhla was very professional and personable. She was also very thorough and spent a lot of time making sure all my questions were answered and my history was reviewed.

This a very caring doctor. This was my first experience with her. She had reviewed my previous medical history and we reviewed all relevant information. She discussed areas that I should consider. Her examination was very thorough. Most important to me was that she seemed totally concerned with my health and allowed as much time as we needed. I asked her if she could be my primary care doctor

Dr. Nakhla was great. I was expecting to get more results from my blood work. I thought she was doing all vitamins and minerals, but I only saw two on the review unless others are coming back. And where you get the blood draw, I waited for almost an hour and they had to stick me in three different places. So, and I drank a lot of water. I just don't understand how you could get stuck three times. Other than that, the doctor's great. The timing with the doctor was great. I would recommend her to others, but the blood draw was too long to wait.

Dr. Nakhla is an excellent physician. She really does take the time and care of her patients and is one of the reasons why my health is on its way for recovery from a pretty severe illness. I had a thing that was developing that was not good. So anyway, she's definitely one of the reasons why I'm on the right track and I am very glad to have her as a physician.

Everything about this experience was incredible. Great staff from start to finish. Dr. Nakhla was incredible and showed she truly cared. She spent the time to talk to me and I didn't feel like she was rushing me out at all. Easily one of the best MD experiences I have ever had. I have already recommended her to a few people.

Dr. Nakhla is a humanist. She is kind, gentle, nurturing, and puts you at ease. She is non judgmental, inquisitive, engaged, and thoughtful. It is clear that she cares deeply for people. She is a gem and a rarity in this day and age regarding finding an authentic, solid primary care physician.

She is hands down the best primary care provider I have ever met and I recommend her to everybody.

Yeah, I think the provider was awesome. I'm really excited because I recently moved to Hackensack and now I have a PCP. Very easy to understand. She did not throw any big terms at me or anything. And she made me feel welcome as well as my son. She showed him a lot of love, so I appreciate that she was patient with him as well. As far as you guys and your survey system, please pitch the question first and then do the extremely likely and not likely thing. It's a little confusing. But I do think it's cool that the girl gets excited when she gets a high score. Thanks so much.
